BH Website Design (Nick Bradshaw Hughes, sole trader, Frodsham, Cheshire) is the data controller for any personal information you give me. I collect only what I need to reply to you and do the work: your name, business name, contact details and the content you want on your website.
I use this information to communicate with you, build and maintain your website, and send invoices. It is stored in my email and secure cloud storage, is never sold, and is only shared with suppliers needed to deliver the service (for example a domain registrar or hosting provider). I keep client records for six years after our last work together, as required for tax purposes, and enquiries that don't go ahead for no more than 12 months.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to see, correct or ask me to delete your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact nick@bhwebdesign.co.uk for anything to do with your data. This website does not use tracking cookies.
